There's a known bug in the handling of named optional parameters when combined with a rest parameter. Both print and println use them. The bug corrupts the heap (when a GC happens during the handling of the parameters) and this causes the GC or the main program to crash.
It's on my TODO...
For now, just add this to your ~/.gambcini:
(define (print . stuff) (for-each display stuff)) (define (println . stuff) (for-each display stuff) (newline))
