Can we get commit access? My git username is dufour.
Also, I thought we agreed that only the source code should be migrated to github. Unfortunately, that doesn't appear to be the case.
Three additional remarks :
- Everyone should set their git personal info, e.g. :
$ git config --global user.name "Bruno Dufour" $ git config --global user.email "dufour@iro.umontreal.ca"
(Maxime: I notice you haven't done this, and I suspect that's the reason github is not showing detailed information for you)
We need a license ASAP. I can talk about some options in today's meeting.
It seems that creating an open-source organization is free on github, in case we want to use that feature to control access to our repository.
All good points.
If I understand correctly Erick is just trying out github.
Sure, but the repos is still public and appears in search results, so the license issue needs to be fixed at least.
The "official" Tachyon git repo URL should not have "elavoie" in the URL! Can we create a tachyon user?
We can create a tachyon organisation, and have our accounts linked to it. As long as the organisation is open-source, it's all free of charge. We should probably look into that.
