[gambit-list] Problems with using both -o and -c at the commandline with v4.5.1

I can't be sure... but those backslashes seem suspicious.  Can you  
replace them with forward slashes?  You should also try surrounding  
the paths with double quotes, and maybe doubling the backslashes...
