Happy new year to all the MSLUGers! On January 19, Vladimir Sedach will give a presentation on his Parenscript Common Lisp to JavaScript compiler (http://common-lisp.net/project/parenscript/) - what makes Parenscript different from other X-to-JS compilers, the techniques used to implement Common Lisp features in JS, special use cases supported by Parenscript's approach, Parenscript integration with Emacs/SLIME, and future development directions. I hope you will be able to make it to the meeting. Please RSVP at http://www.meetup.com/Montreal-Scheme-Lisp-Users-Group Marc Feeley
