[gambit-list] Gambit Git on Windows

      I just installed and built the latest Gambit from sources on Windows and
when I do
git status

I get the following entries

 ._relpath
 bin/gambc-doc.bat
 bin/gambc-doc.bat.unix
 bin/gambc-doc.bat.windows
 relpath

These probably need to be added to the .gitignore?
