[gambit-list] Error from "make check" under MinGW build

The problem is now fixed and a "make check" succeeds with no differences.  It was due to an improper implementation of the shell-command procedure on Windows which was not properly escaping the command line arguments (Windows escaping is totally brain damaged...).
