[gambit-list] Cannot Compile black hole

Great.

The syntactictower (main) branch of Black Hole ['s macro expansion] is
algorithmically better, that BH version just needs some minor tweaks to
spin well - those minor tweaks are coming at some point. Correctly
written code runs on both BH versions.
