[gambit-list] Which MinGW package for gambc-v4_6_2-windows-mingw.exe?

Did you install Gambit using the Windows installer?

If you plan on doing serious development with Gambit, I strongly
recommend that you build Gambit from its sources. Doing so should fix
any problems like the one you encountered.
