[Lisa_teatalk] [Lisa_labo] Who wants to do a tea talk?

My 2nd and 3rd author are feeling left out after all of the popular press
articles only mentioned me, so I'm going to let one (or both, if that's OK
for the ICLR format) of them do the presentation.
