[gambit-list] Fwd: OSX and --enable-multiple-vms

I didn't realize my reply to Mikael was off the list - here's a possible
fix.  I'm still not sure if it's OSX10.10 specific or not:

Thanks - you only need to change the value in 'configure' (and 'configure.ac'
for a full autotool rebuild), and it does now work - not sure if this is an
error in the configure script or OS X 10.10 specific.

checking for struct stat64... yes
checking for posix threads with CFLAGS=' ' and LIBS=' '... yes
checking for thread local storage class... __thread
