[gambit-list] Segfault while running Gambit; values/receive efficiency

I should have added that this is Suse Linux 10.2, amd64 architecture,
Gambit Version 4.0 beta 22.  Also, problem remains when the receive in
nap-join-transforms doesn't have a duplicate value.
