Erick, I've tried the procedure for cloning the tachyon repository, and as far as I can see that repo is empty. Is that correct or did I miss something?
The Javascript parser I have been implementing is starting to work. A number of things are yet to be implemented, but it is sufficiently advanced to create the AST of simple programs. I would like to push it to the repository so that everyone can try it out. What is the procedure to do this? After cloning tachyon.git I did:
% cd tachyon.git % cp -r ~feeley/tachyon-parser parser % git add parser % git commit -m "Initial commit of parser" % git push
but the "git push" gives me:
No refs in common and none specified; doing nothing. Perhaps you should specify a branch such as 'master'. fatal: The remote end hung up unexpectedly error: failed to push some refs to 'ssh://feeley@frontal07.iro.umontreal.ca/u/tachyon/HTML/repo/tachyon.git'
What did I do wrong?

following suggestion from Maxime, I created two empty repos, tachyon and trace_analyser to hold code from the js compiler and the trace analyser.
