We are very open with what teams want to implement. 

There are just a few conditions:
- it has to be in technology
- it must be innovative
- you must have a working demo at the end of the event

yes, there is a track for people who want to do commercial projects, but this is not and should not be the norm. As i said, our position for the event is that we only provide the space, food, wifi, t-shirts ... and it's up to each team to find an idea, organize themselves, and decide what kind of project they want to work on

I'm not sure either.  Yet Heri, one of the organizers, told me that it
all was an initial try, and that everything was possible :-).

Isn't a package is a product? :-)

But I agree that part of the idea of the BlitzWeekend is creating
projects that could eventually attract investors, and I guess
investors prefer creating new markets than go fight on already
established ones, and as such, may be attracted by new and un-thought
revolutionary ideas, which nobody else is going to soon have...
