We will continue our best of NIPS series tomorrow, with Pascal and Ian. They will be presenting the following papers:
Pascal: "A Stochastic Gradient Method with an Exponential Convergence Rate for Finite Training Sets Nicolas Le Roux, Mark Schmidt, Francis Bach.
Ian: "Practical Bayesian Optimization of Machine Learning Algorithms" Jasper Snoek, Hugo Larochelle, Ryan P. Adams + my experiences trying out Jasper's spearmint-lite software
We will take a break next week because of ICML, but will be back the week after for one final talk by Yann Dauphin (That's right Yann, we haven't forgotten you !),

That is exactly what I requested. We have moved to CCW meeting which was at 2pm to 11am to allow that, precisely. We could do our tea-talks at 2pm.

Right, this slipped my mind (sorry for the mixup). The tea-talk will thus be held at 2pm in the usual location.
