How do I force a build in c++ for visual c++? Ive read the readme file which states how to do it using a makefile but I do not have MKS toolkit 5.1 and it isn't free. Ive managed to embed c++ in a linux g++ build of gambit-c and now I would like to do the same for visual c++!
