If you are using an IDE you can use that to install and debug it. If you create a release build you can copy the apk to your device and then install it through a file browser.

Gambit is working on android. Here is the demo project I made awhile ago ( https://github.com/seoushi/gambit-android-example ). If you are asking about android api integration I don't think that is a library for that.
