I'm more looking for a feature specific to the iPhone you'd like to see.  I don't think memory usage (for the application) is much of a concern for the iPhone, which has ample FLASH and RAM.

I'd like to see all/most of the multi-touch gestures exercised.  (I'm assuming it'll make noise and graphics.)  Also, I don't have an iPhone but I do have an iPad, hoping that doesn't matter.
